How close is the residence to the sea?

Villa Casa Marina is directly by the sea; the promenade starts in front of the house and the centre is about ten minutes on foot.

How large are the apartments?

The two-bedroom apartments are about 85 sqm. Studio 14 is about 60 sqm, Studio 15 about 48 sqm.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking in the garage or in front of the villa is included, as is internet access.
