Internet and parking at the villa are included in the accommodation price.

Arrival and booking rules
- Regular arrival on Sunday and departure on Saturday.
- Key handover and arrival between 10:00 and 19:00; departure between 08:00 and 10:30.
- A deposit of EUR 100 per person is paid at key handover and returned after inspection, less any damage.
- Pets only with prior written confirmation; bringing a pet is often not possible.
- Rebooking up to 30 days before arrival costs EUR 50; later changes require agreement and may cost more.
- A suitable replacement guest may take over the stay on the same terms.
- The accommodation, particularly the kitchen, must be left broom-clean and all dishes washed.
